Our client based in the West of Ireland now have a vacancy for a Customer Fulfilment Supervisor.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will have 5 direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Assigns and directs the workflow to ensure excellent service is delivered through appropriate staff planning and scheduling to meet/exceed all of the department’s goals.
Sets objectives and identify individual training needs, reviews and reports on performance and documents, agree action plan where performance does not meet expectation.
Weekly audit to ensure all orders are received, shipped, invoiced and fully transacted on the system. Resulting in clean month end cut off.
Assist in the development and implementation of ‘best practices’ processes across the organization to ensure tremendous efficiency resulting in reduced costs and improved client service.
Ensure 100% compliance with FDA and all other regulations associated with the product delivery and sales process.
Requirements:
Degree in business or related discipline
5 + industry experience in Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Contract Manufacturing
Comprehensive Supervisory or Management Experience essential.
Experience of resource planning beneficial
Experience in cultural and human behaviour management
Previous Customer Service Experience
Good knowledge of ERP systems desirable
