Band 6 RMN Posts (Elderly Mental Health) - Guernsey

Great opportunity to progress your nursing career with a supporting and progressive mental health service in Guernsey.

Requirements:
o Registered or eligible for NMC registration - mental health division
o3 years post qualification experience and at least 1year in Elderly Mental Health Nursing, we will not accept applicants hoping to get in the back door to Acute Mental Health!
o Competence in intravenous drug administration
o Experience coordinating ward activities and delegating appropriately
o Deliver care in accordance with current ward philosophy
o Mentor new staff, HCA's and other members of MDT when needed.
