Job description:

A major cosmetics giant is currently seeking a commerical co-ordinator for their Irish HQ based in Dublin 2.

Promo and launch

• Point of contact in Ireland of Promo and Launch coordinators based in UK
• Create and upload in SAP all central allocations
• Issue weekly top line communication to sales force based upon info from Promo and Launch coordinators
• Prepare journey documentation

• Create the promo and launch order form
• Update the basic order forms
• Update and issue the price list and resolve any pricing queries in liaison with customer service

Local stock management

• Liaise with carrier to organize transfer of stock from stores
• Manage local storage
• Opening of new accounts
