Job description:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years retail sales support experience in an office based environment
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience processing/placing orders with large retail chains is required
• Experience using a hand held terminal is essential
• Strong computer application skills
• Strong customer focused attitude and communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential

The main duties will include:

• Responding to inbound calls from customers regarding the status of their order
• Ensuring orders are correctly placed with key customers and suppliers
• Processing customer orders
• General office administration duties

Salary: €25-26K per annum
