Job description: A client of Richmond Recruitment are currently looking for a General Manager for a New Bar and Restaraunt they are opening in Galway.


Candidate specification

Experienced manager in bar and food industry or hotel/catering industry 5 years plus management experience
Strong track record of achievement at a senior level in a mid to large company Ability to generate sales, drive
business forward, and meet challenging revenue targets
Strong customer relationship and people management skills
Ability to manage and organise day to day operations of high volume and busy premises Business management focus and experience - to include knowledge of budget and financial management, cash purchasing and stock control, staffing , and general administration issues
