Security Service Desk Coordinator required- Dublin South
This is a client facing role, involving 1st line security technical support, management of the incident lifecycle, escalation procedures, client communications and service desk reporting.
Responsibilities
· Providing first level technical support across the companies extensive security product range
· Coordination and Management of the incident lifecycle from incident logging to resolution in line with agreed SLA's
· Management of vendor relationships
· Management of incident escalations procedures both internally and through our external vendors
· Develop and production of effective service desk reporting e.g. client reporting, SLA reporting…etc
· Keeping up to date with relevant industry standards
· Reporting on service performance to the Professional Services Manager
· Administer, maintain and develop the Managed Network Service provided to clients
· Develop process and procedural improvements within the service desk team inline with ITIL standards.
Experience
· Minimum 2/3 years experience in an IT environment
· Minimum 2/3 years experience in Service Desk environment.
· Networking and/or Security support services
· Experience of TCP/IP , WAN technologies and the Internet
· Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows O/S preferably to MCSA level.
Salary: €30000-€35000
