Job description: A Shannon based company requires a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Operations team to successfully carry out the relevant duties and reporting associated with the short, medium and long term planning of the call centre operation. You will have 1-3 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst or related experience. Knowledge of PC skills - Microsoft Excel, Access, etc. Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve results Demonstrate organisational and time management ability Flexibility to travel as required Good attention to detail and documentation control a requirement.
