Opportunity for a Business Intelligence Lead, reporting to the ICT Manager
Responsibilities:
· Day to day management of the BI team including development of work plans, status reporting, resource management, and issue management.
· Consolidation and documentation of reporting requirements across all relevant functional areas (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales,)
· Development of the BI architecture design including data modelling, data aggregation, report structures and interfaces to support the business requirements
· Issue resolution and risk management with respect to the requirements and in particular working with functional representatives and the business to develop optimal solutions.
· Delivery of the agreed BI solution into the target operating environment.
Position Requirements:
· Strong, demonstrated BI design and technical skills with a deep understanding of SAPs BI technologies
· Strong people management and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with the business in their language.
· Good knowledge reporting solutions and requirements.
· Good problem solving skills.
· A team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills
· Excellent document writing skills
· Very strong analytical skills
· Well organised with a proven track record in meeting challenging deadlines
· Willingness to travel
