The client: My client is a blue chip FMCG company with significant staff retention and excellent career progression, the client offers an exciting and challenging work environment. The role is based in Dublin West
Job Purpose:
Drive competitive advantage for testing new Point of Purchase initiatives and supporting the development of a 'Best in Industry' model for national roll out
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Point of Purchase programme
- Train Field Teams in Point of Purchase programme
- Evaluate all ideas for new initiatives in Launch Region
- Manage Implementation, Tracking and Results of Key Trials
- Develop POS material
- Monitor Availability & Planogram compliance with Category Development Team
- Make Recommendations about national roll out plans

Role Requirements
· Third level degree (preferably in a business discipline)
· Proven track record in managing relationships with retail customers
· Record of strong experience in the in-store environment
· Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly computer literate (Excel, MWord, PowerPoint)
· 3-years business experience (preferably in FMCG retail)
· Strong knowledge of Category Management theory and tools an advantage
