Job description:

Responsibilities:

• This is a Full time permanent role based in Dublin 22 and will be based on our clients’ front line helpdesk
• The candidate will be required to answer all incoming IT calls (approx 50 per day)
• Issue reporting, logging and excellent troubleshooting skills are required
• Resolving problems by phone support or remote dial in
• Re-set passwords, setting up new users, disabling accounts through Active Directory
• Where resolution is not possible by phone assigning calls to second level engineers or appropriate department
• Involved in all process, procedures and documentation outlined by the client
• Completing clients on site SOP's (standing operating procedures)

Education and Experience:

• 6-12 months experience in a similar role
• Experience with Active Directory and Novell preferable but not essential
• 3rd Level qualification preferable but not essential
• The ability to work on your own initiative
• Working as part of a team environment

Salary: 

• €25,500
