The Company

My client, a well established manufacturing company with locations nationwide have an immediate vacancy on their continually expanding Order Management team. Excellent company to work with- fantastic opportunities for advancement!

Do you speak native Spanish and fluent English?

The Role

Duties will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Order Processing
• Problem resolution in the event of delays etc
• Liaising with other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Ensuring all documentation is completed to the expected standard
• Handling any queries or complaints as they arise

The Person

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar position
• Have a good working knowledge of SAP
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Be proficient in MS Office skills
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Have excellent attention to detail
