Our huge Medical Device Client are urgently seeking to recruit a Maintenance / Facilities Supervisor.Fantastic opportunity with excellent prospects!Role:* Provide leadership, supervision and co-ordination of the Maintenance organization to maintain the Shannon facilities and all production equipment.* Manage activities of maintenance personnel, electronic technician and mechanics.* Coordinate preventative maintenance activities to ensure regulatory compliance.* Manage activities of contract labour (electricians, plumbers, construction + waste materials)* Responsible for training and skill development of Maintenance employees.Requirements:* Must have 3rd level degree in mechanical / electrical engineering* mim 3-5 years experience supervising multi-craft mechanics.* must have knowledge/experience in the following areas: - CNC equipment - PLC programming / troubleshooting - Robotic equipment, - Hydraulic + pneumatic systems, - proficient with electrical + hydraulic schematics.
