Job description: Operations Manager - Direct Deposits
Experienced financial services professional with strong people management experience required to manage the processing team and provide support to front line business while achieving service levels, managing processes and procedures and ensuring the team exceed business and customer expectations.
You will have responsibility for the direct deposits operations and support functions, while driving improvements in service to ensure a zero tolerance for service or operational issues
· 3-4 years operational experience within banking or financial services at manager level
· Strong risk awareness
· Excellent client management skills
· Experience within direct deposits is highly desirable but not essential
