FIELD SALES REP'S WANTED
Our Client is a well established catering equipment supplier. For over 35 years they sell solutions to the retail, restaurants, hotels and government sectors. With regional offices in the ROI and UK they are market leader based on quality, professionalism and expertise. Due to their intensive growth they need to reinforce their sales division with ambitious, experienced and focused on results successful sales people.
Key Objectives:
* To build and maintain profitable long term relationships with all clients by identifying their needs and meeting their expectations by providing them with excellent account management combined with high quality solutions and the best customer service on the market.
Key Task:
* Develop and meet customers needs
* Selling solutions that deliver value to both customers and to the company
* To achieve sales and non-sales targets
* To provide management with competitor feedback and industry insight
* To maintain and improve knowledge on all new and existing products and services
* Manage internal relationship to ensure that sales are fulfilled
Key Performance Indicators:
* Sales performance against targets
* Sales calls rate
* Leads conversion
* Quality and accuracy of reporting
Competency Profile:
* Very strong focus on results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High self-motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision
* Capability of working under high pressure
* Meeting deadlines
* Strong analysis and judgement skills
* Self motivation and drive
* Strong experience in sales with minimum 3 years of field sales experience
* Ability to work with data combined with strong presentation skills
* Knowledge of the industry and catering equipment an advantage
* IT literate with good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
