Job description:  

Buyer / Planner €40K

My client, a leading healthcare company based in Co. Meath has a vacancy for a Buyer / Planner reporting directly to the Purchasing / Scheduling Manager

Responsibilities:

• Schedule to production of products to meet customer requirements
• Purchase and expedite production inventory to meet scheduled requirements
• Negotiate competitive pricing to ensure viable production
• Work within a team to ensure product availability

Skills and Experience:

• Third level qualification.
• Experience with MRP
• Experience in a similar role preferably within the healthcare.
• Fluent English. Proficiency in German would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

The Ideal Candidate will be a highly motivated self starter capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You will also possess a broad understanding of varied cultures.
