MEDICAL DEVICES COMPANY IN CLONMEL
The Equipment Reliability Engineer will be responsible for driving process and system improvements within the maintenance group. These improvements will involve significant coordination activities including improvements to our equipment quality systems and ensuring we meet our compliance requirements with respect to equipment traceability. The Equipment Reliability Engineer will be a key stakeholder in ensuring we meet our change control requirements with respect to equipment configuration. The ideal candidate should have experience of equipment lifestyle requirements and have experience in the following: URS / SAT / FAT and equipment configuration and change control processes. Being able to analyze and interpret equipment reliability metrics and translating these into improvement activities will be a core responsibility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing improvement projects and a demonstrated capability to work under their own initiative. He/She will have strong communication and leadership skills as the role requires interaction with various internal customers and vendors.
Degree in engineering, science or related discipline. 3-5yrs experience within medical devices sector
