Senior Bilingual French-Spanish Tech Sup

Company: Our client is a $1bn global provider of enterprise and small-business networking solutions that has helped develop the computer networking market over the last 20 years. Their solutions allow customers across the world to use networking infrastructure solutions to enable emerging technologies and convergence of applications so customers can achieve their business and networking objectives.


Role: As a member of their French/Spanish technical support team you will work on a dedicated customer project. You will be part of a well known global IT company and troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues from Desktop to Network (LAN,WAN, ISDN, ATM, OC3, OC12 , Ethernet, Windows OS), and bespoke applications. This is a varied role that will see you support European professional requests with high quality service and state-of-the-art remote helpdesk tools.

Skills: The ideal candidates will be service oriented with good IT skills, excellent phone manner and good communication skills. You will need Fluent French and fluency in Spanish. Additionally you must be speak fluent English Candidates should have 3 to 5 years experience in technical support with excellent knowledge of Networking, LAN and WAN protocols, IEEE 802.11A/B/G Ethernet standards (IEEE 802.3), Frame Relay, ADSL, ISDN, ATM, OC3, OC12).
