Customer Care Executive

Company: Well established Cork based organisation

Role: Customer Care Executive with Language Skills

• Managing high volume of calls in a timely manner
• Processing orders in promptly and accurately  
• Liaising with distribution department, sales reps and managerial departments
• Process docket and invoices
• Managing account in various European locations

Requirements:

• Excellent phone manner
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Minimum of two European languages
