Executive Chef

Co. Leitrim

My client, a luxury 4 star hotel based in Co. Leitrim are currently recruiting for an Executive Chef.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all culinary operations including banqueting, café bar, restaurant and bistro.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in a 4/5 star establishment
• Experience in designing & implementing new menus and ideas.
• Lead & manage all kitchen staff in successful running of kitchen operation
• Ensure catering within the hotel is to highest standards
• Enhance hotel profitability in accordance with targets
