SAP Deployment Lead Job in Dublin
In partnership with its client, Cpl N.I. Ltd., is currently seeking an experienced SAP Deployment Lead for a permanent role based in Dublin.

Job Role:
The SAP Deployment Lead will be responsible for the following:
• Planning, coordination and management of one or more SAP release projects.
• Define and manage interdependencies and conflicts across parallel release projects
• Develop and execute detailed cut-over plans covering all programme workstreams, legacy IT and business activities required for a successful go-live
• Manage key business and IT stakeholders to work successfully towards a common objective
• Define deployment resource requirements for the programme and the deployment locations
• Actively manage or support as appropriate user acceptance testing, post go-live support and the transition to the application maintenance organization
• Manage the cutover rehearsal and the actual cutover
• Communicate project status to programme management and key stakeholders.
• Work in other areas of the programme as required
Experience and skill set requirements:
The SAP Deployment Lead should have:
• An experienced IT professional with at least 5 years' experience of large scale deployments of SAP with a minimum of 2 years at a leadership level
• Skilled project manager
• The ability to work effectively with all levels of management
• Experience of senior stakeholder management in a change environment
• Extremely organized, structured, analytical, and efficient
• Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and effective negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a large team to tight deadlines during pressurized and complex cutovers.
