Job description:  

My client a major telecoms company based in Dublin has an urgent contract requirement for an experienced Trainer with strong design and material development experience to develop training packs.

Role: To support the learning and development team to design and develop training packs and material for internal projects including 3G, Data Services, ICR and Billing Systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop high quality training packs and material to support current training programmes. Collaborate with training specialists on learning content and needs. Develop training packs in line with agreed document control process. Evaluate the effectiveness of all content designed and development and make recommendations for improvements.

Skills:

You must have a proven track record in all phases of instructional design in a fast paced customer environment.

Strong background in training especially with IT Systems training and 3 G data services.

Knowledge of elearning applications and technologies.

Creative, good communication skills.
