Job Description: Sitting within the Network Quality Services team, the Editorial Compliance Specialist (ECS) is responsible for maintaining compliant, relevant and high-quality advertisements on Bing Search engine, properties and partner sites.
Sitting within the Global Search and Display (GSDS) team, the Ad Quality and Service Support Agent provides email and phone support in local language for advertisers using Microsoft's adCenter platform to reach users on bing and Yahoo! search properties.
Main activities include:
• inbound customer support for day to day account queries
• recommending account and marketplace revenue growth opportunities
• liaising with support engineers to resolve advertiser technical issues
• acting as inbound point of contact for editorial issues
Core responsibilities:
• Reactive customer support
• Review customer account health and provide proactive search optimization suggestions
• Optimisation recommendations for improved advertiser campaign performance (e.g. keyword expansions or ad copy recommendations)
• Build, retain and expand customer relationships using telephone, email and marketing materials
• Maintenance of editorial business rules
• Customizing editorial experience for advertisers based on industry and policy compliance
• Language specific keyword libraries build-outs
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Improving ad quality and relevance
Skills:
• Proven relevant local language fluency. Candidate would need to have a combination of 2 of the following languages: Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish
• Business-to-business customer service background
• Online advertising experience is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills; including proficiency with Microsoft Office including - Excel, Word
• Must demonstrate a proficiency in verbal and written communication to include spelling, grammar and proper use of the relevant local language.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and address customer needs
• Exhibit excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to relate to and empathize with business owners within target market
• Must exhibit a demonstrated track record of quality and compliance adherence
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
• A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
• Ability to work within a team environment and be self-motivated
