In partnership with it's client, CPL are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a well establised urban fashion retailer in Kerry.
The Client
Specialising in popular branded fashion and accessories, our client known for their excellent customer service and quality urban fashion product, they are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team in their busy store in Kerry.
Applicants
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 3 years experience in a High Street Fashion environment. Must also have managed a team of at least 8 staff in a busy environment. Working to strict targets and KPI's are an imprtant element of this role, so past experience in this area is a necessity.The ability to motivate staff and encourage high levels of customer service are also extremely vital elements of the role.
The Role
While working to KPI's and targets, the Assistant Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of Sales Assistants and Supervisors. Assisting the Store Manager in all apsects of running this popular store will be the key role for the succesful candidate.
