In partnership with its client Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking renal nurses for full time permanent positions based in Dublin.
The Client:
With over 30 years of experience this renowned facility is dedicated to developing and delivering innovative and comprehensive treatment concepts anchored in the highest medical standards and they are looking for Staff Nurses to join their team in providing care to their dialysis patients.
Job responsibilities:
· To work both within a team and alone providing specialist care to patients requiring haemodialysis to ensure optimal treatment outcomes are achieved.
· To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for dialysis patients with end stage renal disease.
· Plan the care to be given to ensure that treatment and care are tailored to meet clinical requirements, work, family and social needs.
· Provide a stable environment giving emotional support, counselling and advice to patients and their families.
Job requirements:
· RGN with full ABA registration
· A minimum of 1 year post registration experience
· Excellent communication skills with fluent English
· Post graduate renal nursing experience desirable
· Accredited renal nursing qualification desirable
