In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for a permanent role based in Laois.
The Client:
Our client is a 100% Irish owned company, operating over 50 outlets spread across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with further expansion plans for the future.
Job Responsibilities
- Maximize sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI's through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff
- Effective ability to manage people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through the implementation of systems & processes to utilize resources to best effect.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate must demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with amazing planning and organisation skills. They should inspire confidence through effective leadership skills and have the ability to positively influence.
