The Client:
Cpl Managed Services provides outsourcing for a number of Multinational IT companies based around Ireland. In 2003 we started our partnership with Hewlett Packard, now based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Here we are responsible for the recruitment and overall operations of various international helpdesks.

Job Responsibilities
Norwegian Technical Support Agents are required to log, validate and diagnose customer issues, on the full range of products and applications used on the customer site.
- Answer contacts promptly and professionally
- Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
- Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
- Mentor new hires.
Job Requirements
Applicants interested in the role of Norwegian Technical Support Agent with CPL-HP, will require skills and experience in the following areas:
- Experience in communication with customers.
- Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues.
- Strong basic skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ideally previous experience working within a technical support environment/customer service evironment, but not essential.
