Job description: Are you looking for a real opportunity as a CTO? Our client are taking on a new venture in the mobile market place delivery content via your mobile to over 200+ countries. • Leading on the company-wide implementation of new technology, interfacing with existing systems and ensuring that each project is delivered on time and to budget. This is the opportunity to help create a new performance driven culture • To be able to lead a team and technical structure around what is already there • Taking the lead in implementing ITIL best practice and configuration and change management procedures; helping to drive a more efficient and process driven way of working that is consistent, robust and scalable • to be a software developer to improve the mobile content/Apps in its short and long term needs • Introducing operational reporting strategy that will lead to accurate documentation to improve the business. • Maintaining and tuning existing applications to meet performance criteria and customers evolving requirements. • Be comfortable in a client facing role and have system analysis experience. Desired Skills & Experience • Experienced in mobile and web development projects. • Perl or PHP is the current code language experience in these languages in essential. The architecture of our Web application is in CGI/Apache with XML/XSLT. • Management experience • Design and development of .NET Web based systems using C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Web Services • These people need to be keen on the mobile app development market and have had exposure to mobile internet and content solutions • Who is happy to get their hands dirty and work with a small team in a very dynamic and fast moving sector • analytic experience and B2C exposure preferably • High attention to detail, relationship focused, rigor, commercial awareness and client facing. • 2.1 Or higher in a related discipline from a top tier academic institution, or equivalent Professional Qualifications. • To be a dynamic and keen individual with good problem solving and a creative outlook • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to understand complex problems and to generate appropriate technical solutions. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). • Strong knowledge of Web Standards and Technologies (AJAX, CSS, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, XSD, XSLT). • Strong knowledge of internet marketing, traffic generation, SEO • Outstanding communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, analytical, creative, sense of humor Company Description Our client is a leading UK and Irish provider of innovative billing solutions and interactive services.
