Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• To act as the first point of contact for customers contacting the Customer Service Centre.
• Taking and responding to enquiries and fault reports in a caring, professional manner.
• Recording and updating call details in the ticket handling system.
• To resolve customer faults, queries and complaints using the tools and systems provided.
• To ensure all unresolved faults, queries and complaints are escalated as per the set down procedures in the department.
• To fully adhere to the processes and procedures laid down by the line manager.
• To keep customers up to date at regular intervals regarding outstanding requests.

Requirements:

· At least 1 years demonstrated customer service experience

· Excellent communication skills are essential

· Fluency in ENGLISH
