Job description: At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Transition ManagerPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for all customer contact related to the services contract during the engagement's initial phases.Responsible for coordinating various EMC organizations during required implementation and startup tasks, including, but not limited to, EMC TS, CS, ISC and customer resources.Responsible for ensuring that EMC meets all deliverable requirements described by the SLA in place with the client.Responsible for ensuring that EMC complies with the storage management SLA in place with the client.Managing the transition and storage administration team that handles the day to day operational assignments of the storage infrastructure for which EMC is responsible.Enforcing compliance to established policies, practices, and processes defined by EMC for managing storage.Education Required: Bachelors (Technical)Experience Required:6-10 YearsSKILLSKnowledge with appropriate networks, products and protocols.Leadership Skills.General knowledge of Back Up and Restore technologies.Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables.Communication skills.For further information forward CV's to corkjobs@richmond.ie and/or phone Karen on 021 450 0355 for a confidential discussion.
