Job description:
Our Limerick based client requires a Swedish or Danish Technical Support Rep for a 6 months contract (might go Perm). Duties:You will be responsible for giving customer technical support for DVD, TV's and internet connections. Requirements:You will have 6 months Technical Support or 1+ Customer Service experience. Fluent English, with one of the following Swedish or Danish is essential. Expertise in computing, operating systems and popular PC based applications. An interest and familiarity with Digital devices such as Digital Camera, Video, MP3, HD TV, PDA , Mobile Phone, PC Peripherals. Networking including Broadband connectivity. Salary: €19-22K.
