Job description: My Client is looking for a Chef De Partie for the busy Hotel and Conference & Leisure Club. JOB SPEC-Ensure that all Food & H ygiene standards are maintained to the highest standards. Be flexible to moving with different section in the kitchen to assist the team. Ensure that food presentation is innovative and at the required temperature. The perforamce of any reasonable task which assists with the service, food prepartion, hygiene and other matters pertaining to the efficiency of the kitchen. YOU MUST HAVE-> 3-4 years experience in a professional kitchen. > Have experience in fine dining. > Experience in Banqueting. > Be o good team player. > Have comlpeted a kitchenapprentice or chefs training course.
