Job description:

At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking for a Business Analyst.

Primary Responsibilities :
Problem solve/trouble shoot systems & process support issues for all partners.
Manually configure and enter orders on behalf of Partner's using internal EMC systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement, and streamlining of PSC related business processes.
Provide support to assist in training EMC partners during systems roll out (and ongoing as necessary).
Collect, analyse and interpret a wide variety of Channel Sales data and develop weekly and monthly reports in preparation for business review meetings.
Database management, query creation, report development and maintenance.
Manages and in some cases enforces guidelines related to Pricing, Channel Programs and Channel rules of engagement.
Uses skills to successfully negotiate and resolve conflicts which may arise.

Experience / Key Skills required :

• 2-5 years in a Business environment.
• Multi-Lingual ability (German) desirable.
• Possesses strong EMC Product/Technology Knowledge beneficial.
• Financial/Analytical experience desirable.
• Strong system skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal/Communication skills.
• Strong sense of Urgency / Accountability / Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Ordering systems beneficial.

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Technical/Business
