Can you speak Norwegian? We have currently a customer service and technical support job in Leixlip for HP at 20.500E.
The objective of the job is to resolve remote users IT problems by means of a first time fix or by dispatching Customer Replaceable Units or initiating on-site support. You will work on variable shift patterns.
Your responsibilities will be to log, validate and diagnose customers issues on the full range of products and applications used on the customer site. You will give the customer solutions through information gathering, analytical trouble shooting and problem research, or route or escalate the call to the appropriate resolution group.
The ideal candidate will require:
- technical knowledge in Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, printer hardware, Local Area Networking, Remote Access tools.
- Previous experience in technical support environment/customer service environment, preferably in an international company. Previous call centre is desirable but not essential.
