Job description:  A multi-national FMCG company based in Dublin North is seeking a career focussed individual to join their shipping department.

Ensure all shipments are expedited in a professional and timely manner

Customer management - interfacing with customers on a daily basis in order to meet the required service levels.

Resolve customer queries in a timely manner

Customs procedures.

Ensure all quality control procedures are adhered to

The succesful candidate will have a good knowledge of import/export documentation as well as customs clearance from a freight forwarding or distribution background.
