My client, one of the worlds' leading Pharmaceutical companies, with offices in Dublin, is currently seeking a Technical support representative who speaks fluent English and German. You would be working on a team of 10-12 people solving technical issues for company employees

Job description:
• Provide first level support to end users regarding IT problems and service requests, use remote tools to solve 60% of problems on first interaction with customer
• Frequent interaction with customers on support issues and needs assessments.
• Maintain high level of technical skill in field of expertise.
Qualifications
• Experience in IT support, problem solving technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to improve in personal knowledge as it applies to supporting the company's objectives
