The Company

My client, a well-established  company based in the Southside of the city have a number of vacancies in their customer services department for ambitious bilingual candidates!

The Role

Duties will include

• Taking calls and handling client queries
• Provision of Sales Support
• Liaising with Departments throughout europe
• Provision of customer care to the highest standard
• Report generation
• Provision of admin support as necessary

The Person

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a customer service environment
• Be fluent in English and at least one other European language
• Have an excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Be proficient in the use of MS Office programs
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Possess the ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
