Job description: At Richmond Recruitment we are currently recruiting a Service Account Manager.
Job Purpose: The Service Account Manager (SAM) serves as a single point of accountability for designated clients. A SAM will be supported by an Operations Manger to ensure client contract requirements are successfully met. The SAM manages all relationships with the client at the appropriate levels and is jointly responsible with the Operations Manager for service excellence and client satisfaction at all levels. The SAM is responsible for growing service delivery of SIS for a single client by leading the development of compelling value propositions. Key Accountabilities:
Background At least 2 years of managing the provision of IT Outsourcing services to multiple clients In depth experience and knowledge of financial management and cost centre control Experience of working in a global business delivering IT services is an advantage Scandinavian/Finnish Languages is an advantage Bachelor degree or equivalent is required Validated skills Good knowledge and understanding of the client and their industry. Has proven experience or knowledge of client's business issues/challenges. Understands the drivers of value creation for the client within the industry. Good knowledge and understanding of (or is able to quickly understand) all SIS Business Units services and capabilities, and collaborates well with all Business Units to grow SIS revenue and profitability. Ability to approach client's business issues with a “consultative” perspective and craft compelling/winning value propositions that integrate relevant SIS services and capabilities. Ability to think laterally and strategically with demonstrable evidence of previous successful service improvements.
