Job description:  

• To work in conjunction with the General Manager to develop a strategic plan for the hotel with particular emphasis on Rooms Division
• To ensure standards are in place
• To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all Rooms Division areas within the hotel, i.e. Front office, Reservations, Concierge, Accommodation, Nights, security, maintenance, this includes cleanliness, customer liaison, quality and standards
• Liaise closely with all departments, including Food and Beverage, HR, Sales and Accounts.
• To organize weekly yield & Revenue meetings.
• To develop a sales plan for rooms in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director and General Manager.
• Efficient management of yield through achieving occupancy, average room rate and rev. par.
• Develop a training plan for all departments and ensure they are implemented throughout.

Key requirements:
1-2 years management experience in similar role.
