The role

• You will provide timely financial analysis, reports and forecasts to the division. You will liaise and assist with documenting financial processes and re-engineer financial management practices and systems.
• Reporting to the Financial Controller your key responsibilities and duties will include:
• Preparation of financial plans and business forecasts
• Preparation and analysis of actuals for Sales
• Control and review costs
• Review and revise rebate processes to ensure accuracy and control
• Monitor various operational improvement plan projects
• Monthly results reporting

About you

As the successful applicant you will have experience in a medium to large company with a passion for developing and implementing management accounting principles and a results driven attitude. Commercial acumen is a prerequisite along with strong communication skills to enable constructive and effective interaction with all managers and staff at varying levels.

As a qualified Accountant you will have a natural ability for interpreting and analyzing results, initiating and participating in continuous improvement activities and hold a keen interest in making our business (operations & processes) your business.
