Position; Senior Project Manager

Location; London

Salary; 100k + stg




My Client is a leading UK based contractor specialising in concrete structures. The majority of their work is London based but they provide services to the whole of England. They are currently involved in a number of large scale Commercial Build Projects in London and wish to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their Team. 'Shell and core' background essential.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
• Manage a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
• Ensure project profitability
• Programming all works.

Essential Requirements

• A trade background or a third level qualification
• Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
• Extensive 'Shell and Core' Project Management experience
• Main Contracting Background

Desirable

• Diploma/ Degree Qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
