My client, a highly successful financial services company currently require an experienced manager for their Training & Development department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Managing the delivery of commercial training programmes
· Managing a team of trainers
· Producing and preparing training manuals and courses
· Establishing training methods
· Ensure all training methods and programmes are compliant with best practice.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have at least three years experience in a training & development role
· Have experience within the financial sector
· Customer service experience
· Excellent written and oral skills
· Ability to develop strong working relationships
· Knowledge of CIPD/IITD qualifications preferred but not essential
