Job description: Role:-Central point of contact for customer queries ranging from escalation of critical issues to positioning service entitlements-Manage customer expectations in accordance with processes and procedures-Evaluate how the customer's technical issues affects business processes-Assist the customer with queries relating to system access and downloading software
Requirements-Fluent German and English-Degree in a business or IT related discipline-Proven experience with building client relationships and troubleshooting problems-Experience as a senior customer support agent, account manager, or sales representative
