Our Client is seeking a Deputy General Manager for a busy hotel to run the hotel in the manager absence and to be a leader ofa fantastic team.
This 4 star hotel is looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager to support the current General Manager. To help drive the team forward and to continioulsy improve the level of customer service given to their guests.
You will take responsibility for the Operational Department within the Hotel providing leadership and support to deliver total customer focus throughout the Hotel to achieve or exceed profit and other targets agreed and outlined in the Hotels business plan.
To contribute to and support the four core objectives identified by the Company which centre on Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Costs and Efficiency and Sales and Revenue as well as ensuring all Statutory regulations are observed and adhered to .
As their ideal candidate you will have previous Hotel management experience in a property to at least Operations Manager level. You will have a dynamic and enthusiastic approach which is essential to fully engage the team, ensuring that the guests delight during their stay at the hotel and thus ensure repeat business.
