At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Technical Team Leader.

Job Description :
Tasks include Using advanced principles, theories and concepts to generate successful solutions to problems of unusual complexity. Innovating new approaches to product development Working with other functional areas to identify organisational needs and establishing methodologies to solve the problems associated with these needs. Identifying strategic initiatives for next generation products. Mentoring of engineers throughout the EM Drives engineering team and building links with local technical institutions. Recruiting technical personnel. Contributing to setting clear measurable goals for the engineering group aligned to the organisation goals and preparing and taking accountability for the estimates and inputs to budget and resource plans to implement these goals.

Qualifications
University Degree or higher in Engineering

Experience
8-10 years engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in their discipline. Recognised as a technical
expert within the Drives organisation with proven success in developing technology to introduce new product concepts.
