Pharmaceutical Shift Manager
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking for a Shift Manager for a pharmaceutical company based in Dublin.
Job purpose
Site Shift Manager is a key front-line management position. The selected individual will lead a production focused, multi-disciplinary team and will report directly to the Manufacturing Director. Outside of normal office hours, the Shift Manager is responsible for the supervision of all site operations including Technical Services, Maintenance, Warehouse and Utilities. This position requires working shift on a 24-hour, 7-day basis and is a permanent position.
Requirements:
- Chemistry or engineering related qualification
- At least 5 years experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP environment
- Prior managerial experience (3+ years)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and communication skills to motivate their team
- An understanding of the operation of waste treatment systems.
