Call Centre Agent

HOURS - SHIFT ROTA
3 shift cycle covering 6 days Monday to Saturday
Rota advised one month in advance
Hours covered
8am-8pm Monday to Friday
10am-4pm on Saturday.
Shifts
Early:8am-4pm
Middle:9am-5pm
Late:12-8pm

BASED -
Dublin 4

DUTIES

• Handling incoming sales and service calls from existing customers covering all products and services
• Ensuring all customer telephone calls are handled accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensuring all customer queries are followed through to satisfactory conclusion
• Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure efficient resolution of queries

THE CANDIDATE -
Mature responsible individuals with good listening skills, good customer service skills
Pleasant telephone manner, patience ability to take query to satisfied conclusion
