Key Responsibilities:

    · To produce high quality documentation (letters, faxes, memoranda, reports, tables, legal documentation, agreements, presentations, minutes, bills, narratives etc.) from tapes and hand-written drafts as required 
    · To organise the content and distribution of client documentation 
    · To manage and update solicitors' calendars and diaries promptly and efficiently 
    · To liaise with internal and external clients as necessary 
    · To assist with practical arrangements in relation to meetings and conferences 
    · To maintain client contact details 
    · To ensure that documents are filed regularly and accurately on a daily basis 
    · To maintain absolute confidentiality at all times


Candidate Requirements:

    · Excellent word processing skills, Advanced Microsoft Word 
    · Evidence of fast accurate typing 
    · Good working knowledge of MS Outlook Email/Diary/Calendar systems 
    · Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint 
    · A reasonable amount of experience in a legal, corporate or financial environment 
    · Excellent organisational skills 
    · Good oral & written communication skills 
    · Good interpersonal skills 
    · Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when necessary 
    · Flexible approach to work  
    · At Least 2 years experiance in a previous Legal Firm. 


Salary: 30/35K Plus Benifits.
