Job description: German 2^nd Level Support

CPL-HP is recruiting for German speakers to work as high level support agents. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience with a world leading IT company. Previous experience at a high level support is essential.

The Client:

Cpl Managed Services provides outsourcing for a number of Multinational IT companies based around Ireland. In 2003 we started our partnership with Hewlett Packard, now based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Here we are responsible for the recruitment and overall operations of various international helpdesks.

Job Responsibilities

German 2^nd Level Support Agents are required to provide a high level technical service to business clients in a lab based environment.

· Resolves customer issues using the tools and systems available

· Completes follow-on actions as appropriate, e.g. dispatch materials, send communications, escalate problems.

· Retains ownership of each case until problem is resolved or resolution is identified

· Observes strict compliance to licensing, copyright and trademark legislation

· Protects confidential, sensitive information and materials

Job Requirements

Applicants interested in the role of German 2^nd Level Support Agent with CPL-HP, will require skills and experience in the following areas:

• Working knowledge of current Microsoft desktop operating systems XP through to Windows 7
• Holds or currently studying towards at least one MCP/MCTS
• Active Directory
• Windows Server 2003/2008
• IIS
• Network Administration
• Fluent German
