Job description:

Field Service Engineer - Cork

My Client a leading technology company with offices based nationally is seeking a Field Service Engineer based from Cork to cover the Munster area. The ideal candidate will have Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent experience, 4+ years experience in IT and excellent communications and customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Full Clean Driving license
• Extensive experience in General Hardware including: PC's, Printers, Scanners
• Strong experience in Networking, Switches and Server
• Experience in Windows 00/XP/Vista & Server NT/00/03

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Onsite and Telephone support for customers in the Munster area.
• Dealing with all problems in a timely and professional manner
• Installation, configuration and support of all areas
