In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for a permanent role based in Tullamore.
The Client:
Our client is Ireland's leading Home Entertainment Company. The company operates from a base of over 200 stores and has a workforce of almost 1,600 employees in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In the last 5 years the company has expanded its real estate portfolio by opening or relocating over 150 retail outlets. This significant expansion is continuing and it has enabled the provision of a one stop shop for home entertainment. While the company operates in the home entertainment sector its activities are quite diverse.
Key Responsibilities:
•Excellent in-store presentation,
•Management of sales, business objectives and achievement of company KPI’s,
•Adherence to company security procedures,
•Stock control and administration,
•Recruit, train and development of team,
•Providing excellent customer service.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager for one of Irelands best known Electronics Retailers. The Ideal candidate will be currently managing a team of at least 10 staff with an emphasis on staff development and training while also focusing on sales and targets.
